Therma Plast is a single-use, air-activated heat pad designed to provide sustained warmth for up to 12 hours. The adhesive pad is placed over clothing or fabric rather than directly on the skin
Benefits

Provides warmth for up to 12 hours. The packaging states use for relief of menstrual cramp pain and muscle pain, muscle relaxation and warmth
How to Use

Remove the heat pad from the envelope and peel off the release liner. Place the adhesive side on clothing or fabric over the desired area. For constant heat, cover with a jacket or outer garment and adjust clothing layers as needed
Ingredients

Iron Powder, Water, Vermiculite, Activated Charcoal, Salt.
Warnings

For external use only. Do not apply directly to skin. Remove the pad if it becomes too hot. Prolonged use may cause blisters. Do not use if the pad leaks. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Do not eat. Packaging states it is not suitable during pregnancy, for people who do not respond normally to heat, people with tumors or tuberculosis, or people with circulation problems such as varicose veins or thrombophlebitis. Do not use on open wounds, infected skin, hemorrhagic areas or genital areas.
