Mae Sri Tom Yum Paste is a convenient Thai cooking paste for preparing hot-and-sour Tom Yum soup at home. It combines aromatic herbs and spices, including lemongrass, tamarind, dried
chilli, garlic, lime, kaffir lime and galangal. Suitable for preparing Tom Yum with shrimp, chicken, mushrooms or other preferred ingredients.

For approximately 4–6 servings, add 100 g of paste to 450 ml of boiling water. Add
approximately 350 g of shrimp or chicken and 100 g of mushrooms, then cook thoroughly. Add 6
tablespoons of evaporated milk if desired and garnish with coriander leaves. Follow the current
package instructions.
