Mae Sri Red Curry Paste is a Thai cooking paste made with dried red chilli, garlic, shallot,
lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal and selected spices. Use it to prepare Thai-style red curry with
coconut milk, meat, seafood, tofu or vegetables, or add it to other savoury dishes according to
your recipe.

How to Use

galangal 1%, spices 0.8% (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom), acidity regulator: citric acid
0.2%.
