Mae Sri Green Curry Paste is a Thai cooking paste made with green chillies, garlic, ginger, shallot, lemongrass, kaffir lime and selected spices. Use it to prepare Thai-style green curry with coconut milk, meat, seafood, tofu or vegetables, or add it to other savoury dishes according to your recipe.

How to Use

Stir-fry the required amount of curry paste with coconut cream or a little oil. Add coconut milk
and your choice of meat, seafood, tofu or vegetables, then simmer until fully cooked. Serve with
jasmine rice, rice noodles or roti. Adjust the quantity according to your preferred spice level and
recipe.

kaffir lime 2%, sugar 1.5%, galangal 1%, spices 1% (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom,
turmeric), pepper 0.5%.
